Hi! You’ve found “Volleyball Notebook,” a periodic look at girls beach volleyball.
I am John Tawa, the founder of the girls indoor national site, PrepVolleyball.com, back in 2003. I am thrilled to be covering California girls beach volleyball again for the CIF this spring and hope that coaches will participate actively to make this Notebook, published every other week during the season, exciting and robust!
I’d love to hear about every single team competing in the state this season. I will not write only about the best teams! Players play because they have passion for our great sport. My media coverage follows passion not talent.
