Join us for the 3rd Annual Move Your Body, Calm Your Mind Day
On May 1, 2025, the Governor’s Advisory Council on Physical Fitness and Mental Well-being will host a statewide day of action across K-12 schools and after-school programs to promote the Move Your Body, Calm Your Mind (MYBCYM) campaign and highlight the benefits of daily movement, mindfulness, and play.
The Advisory Council has created a toolkit for partners across the state to implement their own events as a part of this day of action. The online toolkit shares simple tips and tools for schools to participate in this statewide celebration, including a variety of activities such as meditation videos, movement activities, and games for kids ages 10 and under to high schoolers, as well as resources for the promotion of MYBCYM and hosted events. Join us by planning your own MYBCYM Day celebration!
