VISALIA — The sixth annual CIF Girls Wrestling State Championships concluded on Saturday as Gabby Garcia (126-pounds) of Valencia became a four-time champion, only the second girls’ wrestler to do so in CIF State history. Selma (103) claimed the team Championship for the first time, with Hillcrest (97.5) and Tokay (89) taking second and third place respectively.
