Positive Coaching Alliance

The California Interscholastic Federation is proud to share resources from Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA). The Mountain View, Calif.-based national non-profit is developing “Better Athletes, Better People” by working to provide all youth and high school athletes a positive, character-building youth sports experience. Learn more about PCA in this short video featuring Pro Football Hall of Famer Steve Young.

PCA encourages every student-athlete to become a Triple-Impact Competitor®, committed to impacting sport on three levels by working to improve oneself, teammates and the game as a whole. PCA workshops and online courses train student-athletes in these techniques.
