In order to address the need to cultivate the future leaders of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) at both section and state levels, we have introduced the CIF Leadership Initiative. The goal of the initiative is to inspire leaders who view education-based athletics from a broader perspective in order to further the mission of the CIF.
